Our Fees
UK trademark Fixed fees:
- Single (word or logo) UK trademark £400 plus VAT;
- Two UK trademarks (word and logo) £700 plus VAT.
Disbursements of intellectual property office registration fees £170 per classification of goods or services and £50 per additional class.
EU trademark fixed fees:
- Single EU (word or logo) £600 plus VAT;
- Double EU (word and logo) £1000 plus VAT
Disbursements of EU intellectual property office registration fees of approx £900 for one classification of goods or services (subject to Euro conversion rates)
Suing an individual or company for intellectual property infringement:
£600 plus VAT (pre issue stage) and thereafter on our hourly rates which starts from £120.00 plus VAT per hour to £217.00 plus VAT per hour. This does not include any court fees or barristers fees, which are payable in addition to our fees.
Defending a claim against you for intellectual property infringement:
£750 plus VAT (pre issue stage) and thereafter on our hourly rates which starts from £120.00 plus VAT per hour to £217.00 plus VAT per hour. This does not include any court fees or barristers fees, which are payable in addition to our fees.
